Rav-Kav Refund — "Shaagat HaAri" Operation
Public transport service was disrupted during the "Shaagat HaAri" operation. If you had an active monthly, semester, or annual Rav-Kav pass at the time, you are entitled to compensation.
Who is eligible?
- Monthly pass (Hofshi Hodshi)Active during the restriction period.
- Semester pass (Hofshi Semestriali)Active during the restriction period.
- Annual pass (Hofshi Shnati)Active during the restriction period.
Possible forms of compensation
- Discount on your next passA reduction applied automatically at renewal.
- Stored value (Erech Tzavour)Credit added to your card, usable like any Rav-Kav top-up.
- Free extra pass daysExtra days added for free to your current subscription.
How to claim your compensation
- 1Via the Rav-Kav Online app or websiteConnect your card via NFC (phone) or a card reader — your available compensation appears automatically.
- 2Alternative: manual card number entryEnter your card number on the website, choose the type of compensation you want, then confirm the top-up at any physical terminal (kiosk, Pharm store, Casponet machine).
- 3Replaced or lost your card?Compensation from your old card can be transferred to the new one — contact Rav-Kav Online customer support with both card numbers.
Deadline: This compensation must be claimed before 12/31/2026. After that date, it is permanently lost.
