Pretty much anything an Oleh needs to write in Hebrew day to day: a letter to a landlord (repair request, notice, deposit return), a letter to a bank (closing an account, disputing fees, requesting a document), a letter to a school or daycare (absence, enrollment, information request), a letter to an employer (salary, leave, certificate), a request to a government office or municipality (payment deferral, administrative document), a letter to your health fund (appointment, reimbursement). If your case doesn't fit any category, choose 'Other' and describe your situation — the AI will adapt.

In three steps. Step 1 — Optionally choose the recipient type from the suggested categories: this helps the AI tailor the letter. Step 2 — Enter your name, address, and describe in a few sentences what you want to say or ask for. Step 3 — The AI writes a formal Hebrew letter (מכתב), with a subject, tone and structure suited to your request, including Israeli legal references only when genuinely relevant. You get the Hebrew letter, its translation, practical instructions on how to send it, and can copy it, download it as a PDF, or receive it by email with a Word file (.docx).

No — that's the whole point. You describe your request in English (or French), in your own words, and the AI produces a properly formatted Hebrew letter, in the formal register expected by your bank, landlord, school or any government office in Israel. You also receive a translation so you can check the content matches your request before sending it.

Depending on the recipient: by email (you can copy the Hebrew text directly into your message), as an attachment via the Word file (.docx) automatically sent to your email, or printed and delivered/posted in person. The letter follows Israeli administrative writing conventions and faithfully restates the information you provided, without inventing new facts. We always recommend reviewing the letter (and its translation) before sending, and adjusting it if needed. For complex situations (court proceedings, large amounts), consulting an Israeli lawyer is still advisable — this tool is suited for everyday matters.
